The StretchTech® Training Program Even when we carefully select our Stretch Therapists based on their previous experience in areas like fitness, massage therapy, physical therapy, kinesiology, and yoga, they are required to pass our inhouse StretchTech® Training Program. 90 hours of theory and intense hands-on training where they revisit and learn a variety of assisted stretches, and techniques and how to apply their knowledge when creating a Flexibility Game Plan for a variety of clients of all ages, body composition and flexibility levels. |
Propioceptive Neuromuscular
Facilitation (PNF) (PNF) is a stretching technique used to increase range of motion, flexibility, and improve muscle performance. Your StretchTech will explain step by step as he guides you to make voluntary muscular contractions while performing the stretch. Oxygenating the muscles at the right time during the stretch, is also part of what you'll learn when we teach you to stretch yourself effectively. |
